The townhouse was incredibly
The townhouse was incredibly clean, spacious, and modern! We really enjoyed the back patios on both the lower level and off the primary bedroom upstairs. And the plunge pool, view, and landscaping were all huge bonuses. We were easily able to walk to Freight’s Bay, Miami Beach, and even to 757 Bar & Eatery for dinner one night. This was a great home base in the Oisten’s area.

We had a great stay at Bluewater. The house was lovely, ideally placed for getting to the beach and the centre of Oistins. It was a stone's throw from the excellent Cafe Luna restaurant and near to buses/ ZR routes.
It was well equipped for self catering and comfortable. The pool was a definite winner and the covered terrace was a cool place to relax.
Realtors sent lots of helpful information before we arrived ( particularly useful for first time visitors) including contact details for Giselle the house manager. She responded quickly to the couple of queries we had and called to let us know when the maid was visiting .
We'd definitely look to rent this property again.

This was a great spacious place to stay at. It accommodated my group of 3 perfectly. The location is 5 min drive from Oistins and about 20/25 minutes to the main area (St Lawrence Gap, Savvy, Boatyard etc). Miami Beach is only 2 minutes away.

My wife and I spent 3 weeks at the Blue Waters property in February 2025. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Miami beach / Oistins. The property was spotless and very spacious with good size rooms plus a well-equipped kitchen with the added bonus of a washing machine. There is a very private beautiful garden with plunge pool & seating area. The property has excellent security with electric gates & very easy access upon arrival. The property owner (Alison) was really helpful & checked in with us a couple of times to make sure everything was ok. We have been to Barbados many times and stayed at various rental properties; however, this was undoubtedly the best property we have stayed at and would thoroughly recommend it.

Our family recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at Bluewaters and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt instantly at home. The property is not only stunning, but it has that rare combination of luxury and comfort that makes you feel like you’re right where you belong.
The rooms were incredibly spacious, allowing everyone in our family to spread out and relax. Waking up each morning to beautiful, serene views was the perfect way to start each day. Whether we were gathered in the generous living space or around the breakfast bar in the large family kitchen, there was a sense of warmth and togetherness that made our stay unforgettable.
The kitchen itself was a highlight, fully equipped with everything you could need. Whether you want to cook up a family meal or simply enjoy coffee and breakfast before heading out, it’s a dream setup. We loved having the option to prepare meals at home when we didn’t feel like dining out.
Location wise, Bluewaters couldn’t be more ideal. It’s just a stones throw away from our favourite spot, Miami Beach, with its soft sands and clear waters. The kids loved it, and so did we. And for those who like a little local culture, it’s only a 10 minute walk to Oistins, famous for its Friday night fish fry, lively atmosphere, and incredible food. There’s also a supermarket and a variety of charming huts and restaurants nearby, so we were never short of dining options.
After long days at the beach, the private pool was the perfect retreat. Whether we were taking an afternoon dip or just lounging with a drink in hand as the sun set, it was a peaceful and rejuvenating way to end each day.
Other thoughtful touches, like fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and the attentive but unobtrusive hosts, made the experience even better. It’s clear that every detail at Bluewaters has been considered to ensure guests have an stress-free, relaxing time.
We left feeling refreshed, reconnected and have already planned our return. Blue Waters isn’t just a place to stay,it’s a place to make lasting memories!
