Yes. With our Concierge service, we can arrange a taxi to collect you at the airport and take you to your villa. A rental vehicle can also be arranged on your behalf and can either be collected at the airport if you would like to drive yourself, or be waiting at the villa for your arrival. Cost of transfers and rental vehicles are for client’s expense and to be paid directly to the supplier.
Many of our villas offer a tiered rate system, where clients have the option to rent a lesser number of bedrooms than the maximum available. E.g. A 6-bedroom home may offer rental options of 3, 4 and 6 bedrooms or similar. In this scenario those rooms not included in the rental will be locked and unavailable during your stay.
All staff work 8 hours per day with one day off each week. As a guide, Cooks and Maids work from approx.. 8:30am to 1:30pm & 5:30pm to 8:30pm. Laundress hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm with a 1 hour break for lunch.
Weekly days off and hours of work are flexible within reason.
The rate on each villa includes the rental of the villa and the staff included with the rental where applicable. Cost of transfers, car rental, groceries and all other services supplied at your request will be for your expense.
A Security deposit is required in case of damages to the villa, unpaid grocery or other incidental charges and will be refunded 6 weeks after your departure, provided all is in order. A signed Credit Card Authorisation Form is required prior to your arrival to the villa.
