Barbados has done an exceptional job of managing the coronavirus. Visitors are required to enter the island with a negative test and self-isolate (at an approved villa) until they take their second test (5 days after their first negative result). After receiving their second negative test, visitors are allowed to roam the island responsibly and enjoy their holiday.
All restaurants, bars, shopping centers and places of gathering require guests to sign in with their name and contact number. Guests temperatures will be taken, and masks are required for entry. These protocols have been extremely effective in preventing the spread of the virus on the island, making Barbados one of the safest places to visit during this global pandemic.
