Sundown Villa, It’s location, the amazing staff and comfort have made our holiday a success. The grounds are impeccable and proximity to the beach is a perfect combination. We had a rehearsal dinner for 20 people which was perfect. The use of sandy Lane beach club was very useful and great service. The villa had all the amenities we needed and the rooms had more than enough amenities in them. No complaints at all. One word- Outstanding.

So glad to be back at Sundown but 3 weeks was not enough. The new look of the villas with great choice of colours and renovations made us feel so at home. Paul is a wonderful chef. His coconut shrimp and pumpkin/pea soup are by far the most scrumptious we’ve ever had. His style of cooking definitely satisfied our palates in a big way. He delivered above and beyond our expectations.
Janelle did an outstanding housekeeping service. She did a great job with our laundry and is always available to help out when needed.

The pictures don’t lie. The house is perfectly situated, steps from Mullins Bay Beach and the property is meticulously maintained. Keen, the housekeeper, was warm, nice and always sweeping! The cook, Will can really burn! Her food was quite tasty and local fare. Having a menu would be helpful though. It was like pulling teeth to get her to offer suggestions of meals and she wasn’t the easiest to talk things out with. Overall, a great place, awesome pool, clean house and capable staff.

What can I say that hasn't been said before......"Its Da Bomb". from the boogie down bronx, simply amazing. The ladies of the house are friendly and sweet. Mrs. Will's cooking skills are so wonderful, my daughter is ready to take her back home. The grandbabies enjoyed the monkey as well as the pool, they learned to swim for the first time #MEMORABLE MOMENT.

What a beautiful villa to live in while we explored Barbados. We travel the island for winter vacation and we are the best of friends. We had Will as our chef and just enjoyed the foods of Barbados that she made for us. Wow! it was delicious.
Keen also made us relaxed and pampered by taking care of all the housekeeping needs. The weather is absolutely beautiful. Really enjoyed seeing the monkeys.

The chef at Sundown Villa, Will, was absolutely superb. The property location is fantastic but the interior rather old-fashioned and knackered. You had warned us about it beforehand. The property manager came round to tell us about pending refurbishments and I hope they will consult with an interior designer and do it properly. We still liked it though.

Beautiful home!! Pictures don't lie, even more beautiful in person. This home sits in the perfect location in Mullins Bay with a beautiful beach right across the street and great lunch place with a ocean view **Mullins Beach Bar to be exact. The home is very spacious and the entire staff that helped us during our trip was fabulous. We saw monkeys right in our backyard at the mango tree!! Pool and outside area was amazing. Would book again and I highly recommend it to YOU too!!

Our first trip to Sundown....WOW!! Great Villa, Perfect location and Brilliant Beach! Celebrated our 40th anniversary with the family and it was the best holiday ever.
Thanks to Will and Loanne for looking after us sooooo well. Great food and housekeeping, we have never had it so good. Special mention of Will's Chicken Curry and Jerk Chicken BBQ dont miss out on them.

sundown villa is beautiful! he had never stayed near mullins beach before but will definitely do so again. so much to do for the kids - jetskis, trampoline, climbing marshmellow float as archie called it. all the guys at the beach were so friendly and helpful with renting chairs and for beach activities. and the food! sooo delicous oh gee! will out did herself, every meal was delicous. megan was so pleasant and kept the house spotless. we will definitely come back, we had a great time

We just spent ten days here at Sundown villa celebrating one college graduation, one birthday and a 30th wedding anniversary. WE have loved our time here, the house is beautiful and the pool is great. Even better than those were Megan and Will! Our party of six had a wonderful stay at the Sundown! Evie and Will are kind and made our vacation more enjoyable! Mullins Beach makes for a great and close beach walk and swimming. The white crabs on the sand were entertaining, but not as much as the monkeys! we anticipated their early morning and evening visits. We love the Sundown - especially Evie and Will and Barbados!!

Thank you Sundown for a wonderful time. Evie and Will are now party to our family. We love them so much!! They were so good to our 3 year old! The food was superb, the kindness non-stop. Evie taught us to ride the bus, Will taught us everything about Monkeys and Coconuts! We loved both Mullins beach and the restaurant and highly recommend both.
