Fantastic, amazing 2nd trip to Barbados!! Seawards was a perfect place to stay, to enjoy the sun, sand and beach. We will definitely come back or another visit. A big thank you to Dawn and Patsy for their attentiveness and support to make our stay extraordinary. We felt very blessed and supported to have all of our needs met without question. Dawn kept the house in order and was always present to make sure we had all of our needs met. Patsy’s cooking is first rate and could rival any restaurant on the island. Needless to say we did not dine out. Thank you, Thank you! I cannot say enough! Lots of love and blessings always!

May 2023 The heritage steam train at
The heritage steam train at St. Nicholas Abbey was a particular highlight. Il Tiempo Restaurant is a 5 minutes’ walk and is really lovely at sunset. Seawards is a really nice villa with a great little pool ideal for the kids, a lovely garden and a great beach. The house is very comfortable and Sheldene and Patsy were really good at looking after us.

July 2021 Everybody was so helpful,
Everybody was so helpful, gracious and kind. We enjoyed looking at the ocean for our 5 day quarantine and doing ‘laps’ in the pool – it can be done.
Dawn and Kaysha made the post-quarantine days luxurious and delicious. We felt truly pampered and cared for. Thank you for the cooking lessons – we know know how to make married peas & rice and can’t wait to roast a breadfruit back home.
We also got to watch a Hawksbill turtle lay her eggs one night @ Il Tiempo and help rescue turtle eggs right off the beach here – The turtle patrol people are amazing!

What a wonderful time we had here in Barbados and Seawards! The villa was perfect. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening refreshments on both the upper deck and lowere deck. Sorkeling off the beach was superb! Sitting on the beach everyday… must be heaven!
What can we say about Kaysha and Dawn! They were fantastic! I want to take both of them home with us. The meals prepared by Kaysha were delicious. Dawn made sure everything we needed was there for us. We enjoyed visiting with both of them and will miss them. Thanks to both of you for taking excellent care of us.

Our 2nd great year at this beautiful villa and we were greeted with open arams and warm hugs from Dawn and Kaysha. The week went too quickly but we will be back. This is our family chant and being here in Barbados it was used a lot. The morning and evenings watching the water was amazing. Starting a new decade off with our toes in the sand and water at midnight gives us a feeling that the next decade will be special. We want to thank Dawn & Kaysha for making it so special. What a week in Barbados! Not only the island but this house and most especially Dawn and Kaysha hold a special place in my heart. They made this trip extra special for me bringing more smiles, laughter, fun and the best dance moves to my vacation here. I will truly miss seeing them every day!

A noisy family of four and a quiet, well-behaved friend had a wonderful sun and fun-filled half term week, spoiled rotten by Dawn and Kaysha! We were not the noisiest thanks to our neighbours. The snorkeling just off the beach was better than any we had on our boat trip and there is a turtle who visits every morning; such a treat. Thanks to all the gardeners, pool cleaners and other friendly faces we met this week!

We’ve just enjoyed the holiday of a lifetime at Seawards – with thanks to Dawn and Kaysha. While the house is super and the location is just wonderful, it was the warm Bajan welcome we received that made it all the more special.
Thanks so much to Dawn who took care of us o well – nothing was too much trouble. And equal thanks to Kaysha who prepared the most delicious meals for us time and again – we will miss you both.
We’ll also miss mornings on the beach, afternoons in the po and the glorious evening sunsets. We’re already planning our next visit.

August 2019 Barbados again welcomed us
Barbados again welcomed us with open arms. Beautiful weather the entire week until the day we are leaving. It is as if the island is crying to see us go.
Seawards was our home away from home especially with Dawn & Keysha caring for us. The house was pristine and our meals outstanding.
Some of the week’s highlights included drives to the east coast with lunch @ Chill-n-Breeze. Every time we drove around, we found new ways including roads that ended. We were excited to see most of Barbados on our rambles. Every evening included drinks @ Il Tiempio during happy hour and a Thursday tour of Mount Gay with an amazing lunch.
My Father-in-aw mastered making his bed to meet Dawn’s standards and at 80, he finally went swimming in the Caribbean ocean.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our favourite had to be sitting on the balcony for morning tea/coffee. The was my wife's 50th birthday & what a way to top it off. We had thought our 4 days in Maxwell was fantastic but Seawards took the experience to another level. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the many spaces; the pool & of course the magnificent ocean. We were especially grateful that our friends & family were able to spend a few hours with us @ diner on the patio. Fantastic conversations. Finally, I cannot say enough about Dawn, what an asset. Just her wonderful presence will bring us back. She treated us like royalty. Our spaces were immaculate every day & the advice she gave was on point. Our special thanks to Keysha for her wonderful cooking. It truly was an experience my wife & kids will never forget. It is another reminder that life is a blessing. With tremendous thanks.

This is one of the best locations in Barbados right next to a lovely beach. Looked after by Realtors who are one of the most respected Villa management Companies in Barbados, and the cook and housekeeper were brilliant. They prepared perfect lunches, and most tasty evening meals served on the patio by the sea or in the dining area to suit you.The Villa is kept clean and tidy and even your washing and ironing done for you. Three good bedrooms all with en-suite and two directly accessing the rear balcony which is ideal for your early morning tea.There is a very comfortable lounge area as well as a covered outside area. The plunge pool is also a bonus, and an option for cooling off. Good value and I would definitely recommend this Villa.

Seawards is a very comfortable home, located right on the beach. It is in a great location with restaurants and a grocery store just minutes away. Located between Holetown and Bridgetown it is easy to rent a car and travel around the island. Beautiful sunsets and nice back porch and back yard with a plunge pool. We enjoyed working with Kaisha and Dawn, they were so nice and helpful.

The villa is great, clean and comfortable. Annette and Dawn are fantastic, keeping the villa clean and make a mean curry and macaroni pie, it would be good if the ladies could have a menu with the dishes they specialise in, it would really help when choosing dishes for dinner. The house ladies are great in arranging taxi's, but the yellow buses are also a great experience. The beach is on the doorstep, a little rocky as you first go in, but you are soon into lovely clear water, we had a resident turtle who regularly showed up, which was lovely. Jordans supermarket is really close, and they run a shuttle bus and are really happy to help you back with your shopping. We walked upto Wendys Bar for a very local experience:-)

We have been coming to Barbados for 40 years and have never enjoyed a holiday as much as we did at Seawards. Thanks to Annette and Dawn who have been so efficient, kind, smiley and have worked as such a such a great team.

Fantastic trip in Barbados!
For the first time we rented a villa on the beach in Fitts Village. Seawards is a beautiful 3 bedroom house directly on the beach. There is also a small pool which we used a little. Pool water is cold compared to the Caribbean. Aside from the 2 of us our son and wife came for 6 days. They overlapped 2 days with our daughter's family that included 2 boys 4 1/2 yes and 14 months. Both had a lot of fun. The villa rental includes a housekeeper and a cook. Both were very nice and did good work. Meals were very good. All of us liked the food. One thing that surprised us was the cost of almost every everything. Food is very expensive. We shopped for food and always were startled at the bill. Restaurants are also very expensive. Hard to eat out at a good restaurant for under $100 per person. However, despite the cost, we all had a wonderful time. The weather was mostly sunny and warm. Good snorkeling right on our beach. Did a little sightseeing. Went on a catamaran trip. My son and his wife did a jeep trip and saw a lot of the island. I would highly recommend Barbados. For a family renting a house is the way to go. Togetherness without being crowded and not confined to just the bedrooms.

Had a wonderful five day stay at "Seawards" in early April. The Sea view was lovely to wake up to on mornings. The House is spacious, comfortable and very quiet. The spacious garden area to the beach front is very private and peaceful, with outdoor dining and a pool. Would definitely go back and stay.

I have been holidaying in Barbados for the last ten years and this holiday at Seawards did not disappoint, the staff were lovely meals superb. I must say that the last review would have put me off if I had not known the location of Fitts Village. The villa is beautifully planned out with three well appointed bedrooms upstairs. I spent most of the day either soaking in the pool or swimming in the sea just footsteps away. No sign of diesel smells or loud rumbling noises beachside. Parking was as we expected as the villa clearly shows it's parking space and thankfully no gate or wall to negotiate, so we just parked our Jimmy at an angle or should I say abandoned! We were fortunate to come across "Seawards" while looking for a Villa on the beach. Its location on the St. James coast is ideal with access to a fabulous beach and within reach of a supermarket and restaurants. The Villa is spacious with all amenities including a plunge pool surrounded by a well kept garden. The staff which included a cook and housekeeper were courteous and willing to please. We will most certainly return, hopefully this year.

We had the most wonderful stay at Seawards. The location is perfect - early morning swims on the beach with the fish, relaxing in the garden and taking a dip in the pool. Our teenage children loved it too. The accommodation of the villa is perfect and extremely well maintained. Annette and Dawn were delightful and we had some superb meals. Annette's banana bread is delicious! There was plenty of room to park our Moke out the front and whilst it is on the road, the traffic was not intrusive at all. In fact, I found it difficult to sleep when I got home without the sound of the sea and the tree frogs! Walks up that beautiful beach were so special and it was very quiet. We have been to Barbados before and love this part of the island. We explored a little too and I can highly recommend the walk down the beach in the evening to Il Tempio for a rum sour and our final meal of the holiday was at the stunning Cin Cin. All the benefits of the Cliff for slightly less! All in all a splendid holiday and we will be back and back to Seawards too.
