Wow! What a wonderful villa in a wonderful place! Had a brilliant time and all down to the super staff, Lisa, Marsha and Antoinette. We would love to come back again.

Chateau de mar has been a perfect location for our spring family holiday. many, many thanks, especially to Andrea for keeping everything calm, clean, and peaceful as well as for being excellent company. there were seven of us (my husband & I, our two sons, their wives, and our baby granddaughter), we found more than we could have imagined here - thoughtfully appointed accommodation for each family as well as generous common areas. We particularly liked the front patio space overlooking the sea, and the dining space overlooking the pool and the inner courtyard. With the beach and the ocean on our doorstep we were able to be on the beach. And in the water repeatedly each day. I especially loved being able to snorkel each morning and explore the endlessly entertaining underwater landscapes and a range of luminous tropical fish. With thanks.

Where can we even begin? We leave here feeling relaxed and with a special place in our hearts for Chateau de Mar. We've always loved Barbados as an island and this villa has just topped us up with Bajan charm and added a beautiful experience to our long list of reasons why we love visiting this magical part of the world. Andrea is an absolute super star who has looked after us so well. The small details and major details of the villa add so much. Everything has been so well thought out and appointed. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be back and I will also be recommending and booking for my travel clients.

The Little Good Harbour House was the perfect location for our spring break trip! Not only was it our first time to Barbados it was our first time traveling as far with the kids. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or better people to spend it with. Patrick and Megan made the trip for us. We can’t wait to come back.

Fabulous, amazing, fantastic and outstanding and that's just the lovely staff. Seascape is a wonderful home from home, comforting and very welcoming. We've had an amazing 2 weeks stay here and will definitely be returning! Apart from the wonderful sun, sea and sand, Barbados has to offer, I will always remember the big smiles and warming hugs of all the lovely ladies at this house. We have had a fabulous time at beautiful Chateau De Mar. The villa is gorgeous and relaxing all in proximity to the Fishpot. Beach is just perfect. Andreea has been amazing caring for us. She is a tremendous asset to Chateau De Mar. I hope to to return here again some day.

A great location, only a short walk to the beach and also the lovely Caboose, our favourite bar with a good fish sandwich. Very cute monkeys are sometimes in the garden. A cute apartment with all good service including beach towels and great wifi. All in all a great place to stay.

We had the most amazing time here at Hummingbird Villa. Grace and Sheldene were so kind and fun. They made all the difference in our time here. We appreciate everything they provided for us. A wonderful holiday at Christmas for us all- a small piece of paradise for a special celebration. What a wonderful time spent post Thanksgiving holiday and 51st Birthday celebration. We had a magnificent time. The Sundown Villa was so well appointed and comfortable. Chef Lisa, Ms. Marsha and Ms. Antoinette took such good and special care of all of us. The food was fantastic at every meal. We had such great laughs, special conversations and we celebrated republic day with the national dish. Enjoyed the pool and the beach. Thank you for having us. We will be back.

We have had a wonderful week in Grendon House and in Barbados. Amaria, Lorraine and Immanuel have been fantastic and we have been looked after beautifully. Eating some delicious spicy/tasty food. We look forward to coming back some day!

A fantastic week in Barbados. Great hospitality! Such a treat to stay in this lovely property.

The house was perfect for a fortnight family stay in Barbados. The home was fully equipped, the large rooms are beautifully decorated. The gardens and pool area were regularly maintained and provided a perfect setting for relaxation. The extensive outside terrace has a lovely area for BBQ’s. A helpful and discreet housekeeper visited regularly and kept the property immaculately clean. We visited many high-quality restaurants in the local area, all a short drive from the house. It was also nice to eat at home and make use of the lovely dining areas. We went to the beach club on several occasions. The facilities are excellent with friendly, helpful staff. The vacation was perfect, helped by professional support from the company that manage the bookings and property. I would high recommend staying at this wonderful house and will definitely be returning.

Our second visit to lovely Innisfree did not disappoint. A slice of heaven is Barbados. Team Innisfree- Michelle, Delissa, Tony and Steven took great care of us. The end of rainy season gave us rain and sun daily. Plenty of time to nap, read, relax but also ample beach time. Rest assured we will be back! Thank you for Sharing your lovely home with us again.

We loved our stay! The condo is exactly as advertised- everything was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio and listening to ocean and it was so wonderful to be able to walk right out of the patio to the beach and pool. Janice, Michelle and Taylor were so helpful with anything we needed. Would stay here again for sure!

I stayed at Franklin House with family and found it to be a beautiful villa on the Sandy Lane estate. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable sofas in the lounge area leading onto a huge patio with masses of seating and large BBQ. For myself being elderly a big advantage was that all rooms are on one level. Also all guests have access to the Sandy Lane beach club.

Never in my life have I experienced something as amazing as staying at Sundown Villa. The girls were top notch and made our stay unbelievably comfortable. Their kindness and character made the trip a million times better. I literally love them! The beach’s sunsets were breathtaking and the sights we visited will never be forgotten. Thank you for giving us the most wonderful time in Beautiful Barbados.

With our party, Geoffrey and Nesta looked after us like kings. Just a striking distance from a wonderful beach and the golf course. Alas we have to return home. Thank you!

About my 10th time visiting Anchorage. Never lets us down absolute magnificent, best place in the world. Feels like coming home everytime. Ernesta the best host in the world. I can’t say enough about everything, and Jefrey could not do enough. Can’t wait to visit again.

We loved our stay at Franklins house! The Villa was great and had everything we needed, especially the large outdoor area and swimming pool. We were only a minute away from the beach and having access to the Sandy Lane Residence beach club was amazing - we look forward to coming back very soon!! :)

We have had the most amazing time in beautiful Ixora and cannot that Margaret, Pearline and Diandra enough for their beautiful kindness. We have been so well looked after. Saying goodbye is the hardest part. Our first visit to Barbados could not have been more beautiful.

It’s been a sanctuary place of tranquility as well as plenty of boozing and a bit of dancing. First big holiday post covid and with 2 young children, Grace 5 and Zachary 2! So we brought the grandparents with us! We had the best time at Sundown, made all the more special by Lisa’s amazing cooking, local knowledge and warmth. As I write this, she’s playing hide and seek with the kiddos! Wonderful Villa & Fantastic Stay on this beautiful Island.

Such a beautiful, tranquil house located right next to the beach in St Lucy. The Fish Pot restaurant is situated just across the road and has a great atmosphere and delicious food. Speightstown is also just a 5-10 minute drive away and has plenty of vibrant beach bars and restaurants. I also loved sitting out on the front porch every evening watching the sunset through the trees and listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. The house was super clean and spacious, beds were really comfortable and all amenities worked perfectly. Would highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Barbados.

My wonderful friends and I stayed at the gorgeous ‘Chateau De Mar’ for my 50th birthday celebrations last month, and it was the most idyllic girly trip ever. Perfectly positioned literally a stone’s throw from the beach and 2 minutes walk from the fantastic ‘Fish Pot Restaurant’, this fabulous 5 bedroom villa is beautifully designed, well-equipped and the spacious interiors are just absolutely stunning. We didn’t want to leave, it was just so perfect! The shopping mall and restaurants in Holetown centre are only a short taxi ride, and there are some fab restaurants in Speightstown, which are only 5 minutes away. Our absolute favourite place to dine was the ‘Fish Pot’, and not because it was the closest, it was by far the best food, service and view of all the places we visited. We would also definitely recommend ‘Baia’, ‘La Cabane’, ‘QP Bistro’, ‘Tides’, ‘Lone Star’, ‘1-11 East’, ‘Local & Co’ and ‘Sea Shed’. Another ‘must’ is to book Dwayne to take you by water taxi along the coast to ‘La Cabane’ (or any of the other beach restaurants) for lunch. He picks you up from the floating pontoon in front of the ‘Fish Pot’, so it’s super easy! His guided tour of the west coast of Barbados and knowledge of all the celebrity properties is mind boggling. To return back to the villa along the coast, while the sun is setting is also incredibly beautiful. We would highly recommend ‘Chateau De Mar’ to anyone interested in visiting this magical island and we can’t wait to visit again in the near future.

I feel so incredibly lucky to have found this villa , such a lovely location , right across the road from the beach . The villa is very clean and offers everything one shall need . Such a quaint little pool to a beautiful dining room, sun beds and also a lovely area if you prefer shade . There is a delightful restaurant across from the villa so no worrying about driving or taxis , you can enjoy a wonderful meal and a lovely bottle of rose watching the most beautiful sunsets .. This is a little gem and I hope if your reading this you too will enjoy chateau de mar as we did .

Beautiful spot nestled in a lovely seaside garden! Stunning inside and out, and just a stones throw from the sea! Watch the sun set as you relax in this perfect oasis.

Loved this villa! Spacious, clean and well serviced and a few steps from a lovely beach and the Fish Pot Restaurant. Four lovely bedrooms in the main house and a wonderful spacious separate en-suite adjacent to the main house giving additional privacy. There is a superb covered seating area at the front of the house, perfect for reading and sundowners whilst listening to the sea, watching the sunset and admiring the luscious vegetation in the garden. At the rear of the vila is a lovely pool with sun beds plus a shaded seating area. Al this is overlooked by the covered outdoor dining area. The kitchen is well provisioned. Speightstown with restaurants and a gorgeous beach well worth a visit is only 5 minutes drive away although with the fabulous food across the road at the Fish Pot with it’s lovely beach you don’t actually need to venture away from the villa if you’re looking for total relaxation. Boat trips and diving can be arranged from there too.

We had a fantastic stay at Porters Gate 19! It was extremely well furnished and equipped. The kitchen had every gizmo and gadget under the sun, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, soap, detergent and dryer sheets for the laundry. We loved the small touches like books and board games, bag of charcoal for the BBQ ( even if we didn't use it), usb charger and the portable speaker. There were no toiletries like Shampoo or shower gel, however soap bars were provided for the shower. For us this is perfect as we always bring our own. The complex is accessible via Mango Drive /Ince Walk.

Everything spotless! It's a terrific location for a relaxing break. Had an amazing holiday, loved waking up to the sound of waves. Fab location. Megan is the best!

We are reaching the end of our 9 day stay here at Humningbird. Two lovely ladies Grace and Kim, they have seen to our every need and nothing is too much hassle for them. So many highlights on this holiday. The most memorable being the Bajan Bus, a Reggae Bus and tour of the island.

Stayed for the first 2 weeks of January 2023. Lovely house, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the west coast with great beaches and lots to do this end.

We have loved our stay here, enjoyed the swimming and the comfort of the house. Megan looked after us extremely well and kept everything spotless. It is a terrific location for a relaxing break.

As I mentioned in my call today, I wanted you to know how much my entire family appreciated the treatment, from your welcome and very thorough introduction and carried forward through the 14 day stay at Tara. I was present for a good deal of it. Your staff was excellent . Sharon is an excellent chef and a most intelligent woman and I did enjoy our kitchen conversations while she created the meals. Aranda was most helpful and attentive with an attractive and very pleasant personality. Her work was carried out almost without knowing it was done.

Don't leave without having her cook some fresh fish! amanda was a pleasure to have working to keep the house fresh and clean. What a treat to meet both Sharon & Amanda! Sharon was also kind enough to share some of her cooking tips with us o we can recreate some dishes at home. The house was very comfortable and the beach and beach club; perfect for all. The catamaran sunset cruise was a highlight! Enjoy your stay! We will certainly be back!

In town celebrating my uncle's 93rd birthday return to his homeland was a success. The palm was perfect-Safe, Assessable, convenient/ close to many things, and just as the pictures described. We had a rehearsal dinner for 20 people which was perfect. The use of sandy Lane beach club was very useful and great service. Not the first time we have stayed at Coco and hopefully not the last. Year after year we have the most amazing time here, if only we could move! Not only are the meals amazing but the house is spectacular and well kept. Thank you Janice and Grace. You have really made us welcomed and helped us to slip back into Barbados. Truly an amazing week! The location couldn’t have been more perfect! We gained a second family in Barbados with Cheryl, Catherine, Junette and Anthea. First time stay in Innisfree, although many times in Barbados! Lovely place, peaceful and relaxing. Both Michelle & Rasheedia looked after us wonderfully.

We have thoroughly enjoyed a 2 week stay at this splendid villa. Our holiday has been further enhanced by the wonderful service of Ernesta and Geoffrey has the best smile to greet you every morning.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Dene Court. A team of beautiful people looked after us including Donna, Shanice, Stephanie and Hal, made our stay extra special. Beautiful food, crystal clear pool, immaculate grounds. I would recommend ‘Baby Doll’ restaurant on the coast at Hastings for the best pizza. Barbados has been amazing!

Fabulous fortnight here. Kay is a fantastic cook! She even worked out how to fillet the Lion Fish we caught whilst scuba diving! Megan is a fantastic housekeeper and the laundry service is brilliant. We are very sad to be leaving and could have easily stayed much longer. We've created memories for a lifetime. (This was our post 25 years Anniversary holiday). Wouldn't change a thing! Excellent location! Make sure you go to the Fish Pot and Bristol Beach Bar for live music! Baia is also great for dinner! Thank you to the staff! Already booking for 2023!

Another amazing holiday in this wonderful house. The staff have been so friendly and helpful to us all. The beach facilities at Sandy Lane are second to none and cocktails were fab! Many thanks to all, we all have so many great memories to take home Cheers!

Thank you for an absolutely wonderful holiday again! I will always cherish my memories of Barbados. The lovely people, the amazing beaches, and the fabulous snorkeling!! I love this house because I loved the animals and Activities.

Our vacation was absolutely amazing! We came to Grendon House four years ago before lockdown and we had to come again! The new chef, kay, has been making amazing food and Lorraine and Amaria have been so helpful! The pool was great, and the beach is fabulous! We went snorkeling and saw a cute turtle! If you want to go on a boat ride, we recommend El Tigre catamaran cruise. It was nice sitting on the back porch and having a chat after dinner. We went coconut hunting, for my little brother who really wanted one and we got to see some monkeys! If you wake up around 8:30, you may see some monkeys out back by the golf course. Overall, we had a really nice stay!

The heritage steam train at St. Nicholas Abbey was a particular highlight. Il Tiempo Restaurant is a 5 minutes’ walk and is really lovely at sunset. Seawards is a really nice villa with a great little pool ideal for the kids, a lovely garden and a great beach. The house is very comfortable and Sheldene and Patsy were really good at looking after us.

I would like to start by thanking Lisa, Dawn and Sheldine for looking after us and making our stay so wonderful. Lisa was an exceptional chef and exceeded our expectations by miles. Dawn was wonderful and great fun to be around. Although Sheldine joined us last minute, we also found her great fun! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The Westwood family from Sussex- we have had an amazing 3 weeks at anchorage. The villa is lovely and spacious and has all that one needs to have a wonderful time. Ernesta is an absolute joy- she has taken such good care of us throughout our whole stay- her giggles are infectious. Geffrey has done wonders with the garden- he cares so much and you can see it in all that he does.... lovely to chat to first thing in the morning. Thank you so much guys.

What a time we had. It was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Donna, Shanice and Winston are a real credit to the property. We did not get to know the laundry lady that well. They are so caring and went above and beyond. Donna heard us talking about nipping out to buy a cake for Hamish's birthday and insisted on making one, it was delicious. Her food was fantastic and really well cooked, I had a Michelin Star for 15 years and was impressed. Her curry's were amazing and all the little extra pastries and bread she made were wonderful. Shanice could not do enough for us and her tips for the mossies worked a treat. Thank you for steering us to Dene Court. The beach club was tremendous and a great facility. We are just discussing dates with the kids for next year.

I was born in Cambridge MA, USA but had grandparents who were born in Barbados. Thank you so much for bringing their spirit alive with this beautiful location, true Bajan hospitality and warm waters. Megan was the most wonderful hostess, who took care of our every need. Kaye did a wonderful job of bringing back my memories of flying fish, peas and rice and coconut bread. Thank you for taking such good care of us. Hope to see you both again soon.
