This unit is located on the upper level of the development and has beautiful panoramic ocean views perfect for those chasing sunsets during their holiday. There are 5-ensuite bedrooms all with air conditioning. The 5th bedroom is referred to as the cottage and is detached which makes for its own private getaway. This also allows guest to rent this property as a 4- or 5-bedroom option.

Guests will enjoy the calm blue waters of Paynes Bay right at their doorstep as well as excellent swimming at beaches along the coast all within 5 minutes’ walk. Whether its snorkeling or just laying on the beach and working on your tan, The Villa at The St. James is perfect for you.
