Three of the four bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa and one bedroom is located on the ground floor with a shower which makes this villa perfect for persons travelling who may have mobility issues. There are also two comfortable seating areas, a spacious dining room, and a beautiful terrace which opens onto the beach.

Seascape is different than all the other houses around it: It is not closed in by locked gates and high walls but allows you to walk right down to the beach from the patio in the back of the house.
